Searching Commercial Properties

The Waller County EDP is pleased to bring you the Waller County Site Selector. This application uses the latest in internet and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology. Tips for Using a GIS System

If you are not familiar with GIS, before going to the site selector, here are some tips to help you use the site:

  1. If you have a brochure on a specific piece of property advertised in the county, please use the address exactly as it appears on the brochure for the best results. Because streets may have variations in their name, for example Hempstead Highway, US Hwy 290 Business, etc., the best way to find a particular site by address is to use the address given on your marketing collateral.
  2. If you can't find a property, give us a call as the database is updated regularly and your site may not be updated yet.
  3. While you may be able to locate various existing businesses not in our site database, this application is not an internet mapping-type application. It is designed to facilitate locating available commercial properties within the county.
  4. If you are looking for residential property, consult your real estate broker.
