Fire Marshal
In addition, all commercial construction is subject to our fire code regulations. Effective January 1, 2012 Waller County began regulation of a Fire Code (based on the International Fire Code 2009 edition, with local amendments) for all commercial establishments, public buildings, and multi-family residential structures with four or more units. A building may not be occupied until the county issues a final, conditional, or partial certificate of compliance for the building. Visit the Fire Marshal website for details
